The person continuously keeps the vehicle free of any complaints, takes up basic repairs wherever feasible and are necessary and also would take up various agriculture activities as per the needs of the farmers.
The job of an organic grower involves cultivation of organic crops as per the organic package of practices recommended for a particular agroclimate zone, using approaches like diversity, cattle integration, on-farm input generation, biomass recycling, natural resource use optimization in exclusion of synthetic inputs directly or indirectly and sell the organic produce as per the competitive market prices without distress sale.
The individual is responsible for Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Micro Irrigation System at field level and thus ensures uninterrupted supply of water to the plant stand on the farm.
The job of a paddy farmer involves cultivation of paddy as per the package of practices recommended for a particular agronomic climate zone, type of soil, rainfall pattern and climatic conditions to achieve the yields as per the genetic potential of a given variety and sell the produce as per the competitive market prices without distress sale.
Primary responsibilities (accounting for approximately 70-80 percent of daily work time) will be to perform the duties of flower crop cultivation in open fields. The proper care of crops involves preparing the land and various other inputs essential for flower crop cultivation. The job is to be performed in an efficient manner to allow the production of high quality flowers, their harvesting and post harvest management towards getting higher returns.
The individual at work cleans seeds of extraneous & undesirable materials, takes samples for testing, dries seeds to optimum moisture levels, treats, packages and stores them in appropriate manner for distribution

The Dairy Farmer takes various decisions for the viability and sustainability of the dairy farm. He / She ensures proper care of dairy animals, their health and productivity, milking and marketing of the produced milk. The job is to be performed in an efficient manner to allow the production of high quality milk and promote animal well being and comfort.
The incumbent assigned with the role of a vermicompost producer is expected to be competent in producing good quality vermicompost using correct species of earthworms, materials, vermicomposting techniques in appropriate site/location.
